Many thanks for all the professional help and special attention from Vicki. She was fantastic and I felt as though I had my special person just for me because three times in a row I got Vicki on the phone. She answered all my questions, helped me with color differences on two different products. The customer service was outstanding, comfortable and personable. Brenda was helpful and Chris at the warehouse and his staff were simply great. I picked up the tiles before 12:00 noon and the job was completed this evening. The installer did a beautiful job at our new office space. We are so pleased that my husband and I plan on purchasing more tiles for our basement. Thank you!!!!
