Subject: Recommendation
We discovered the Milliken carpet tile in one of the building supply
stores and liked them but the price was more than we wanted to pay.
After surfing the internet we discovered your web site and found the
same tile for 50-75% less. However, by that time we were in a rush
mode to finish the room for the holiday. We dealt with Vicky whom
was a pleasure to work with. She helped me put together a "rush"
type order so that we could finish our recreation room in time for
Year End.
We ordered the Milliken Tessarae Checkerboard carpet tiles. My son
and I laid out an irregular sized 500 sq ft room in roughly 5 hours
which included the moving of furniture.
We could not have been happier with the result. We had some concern
with the checkerboard we might get some colored tiles that would not
go with the room. We received mostly biege, tan, brown etc that matched
our room beautifully.
We received several compliments from our Year End dinner guests. In
fact we passed along your name and website to two who have upcoming
projects and wish to explore the carpet tile experience.

our satisfaction with the Milliken carpet tiles we purchased through
your website. The carpet was easy to install, which was important
to us as we had never done anything like this and the price was
incredible! But most importantly, we were impressed by the actions
of everyone involved with our order: from the ladies that helped
with the initial calls that were made - both of them answered all
our questions with a genuine helpfulness and were very pleasant
to deal with to the driver that delivered the product (within THREE
days - wow!) who was friendly and helpful as well. We would also
like to recognize the personnel that would have been involved processing
and packaging our order.
Let me explain
the appreciation that my husband and I have for your superior customer
service. We are located in the Fond du Lac, Wisconsin area that
was hard-hit by floods in the month of June of this year. Although
we were better off than most, the damage that we had in our finished
basement disrupted our lives. Your staff, with their friendliness
and helpfulness made the clean up and restoration easier on us.

I was amazed when my carpet tiles were already on the porch when I
got home at lunch on Tuesday when I had just ordered them on Friday!
That was fast! The tiles are great and are the perfect color for some
tile I was matching it to- your web site really shows the true colors
of the samples. Thank you for such great service. If I ever need carpet
squares for anything else, or know of anyone who does, you will be

- Just wanted to
let you know I got my tiles readily after my order and they are top
quality. They look mighty good on the walls of my sunroom. The Enhanced
backing cut out quite a bit of noise and I've noticed the room is
much cooler. I ordered three boxes of the 18" and had just three
tiles left plus remnants from cutting around a door and windows. If
I ever need more tiles, I will certainly place my order with you.

you might like to know our carpet tiles are now installed and look
great. They actually make the room look pretty classy and we are very
pleased. We decided on carpet tiles b/c I kept seeing them featured
on more and more remodeling shows on HGTV, etc.; they are perfect

- I just wanted
to say thank you for your prompt service, and I absolutely love the
carpet squares that I ordered. I wasn't sure that I would be happy
with ordering the "checkered" selection but due to budget constraints
felt that would be best for my large area.
They worked out very nicely and were so easy to install. I did it
completely myself and they were easy to cut and fit when necessary.

thanks for all the professional help and special attention from Vicki.
She was fantastic and I felt as though I had my special person just for
me because three times in a row I got Vicki on the phone. She answered
all my questions, helped me with color differences on two different products.
The customer service was outstanding, comfortable and personable. Brenda
was helpful and Chris at the warehouse and his staff were simply great.
I picked up the tiles before 12:00 noon and the job was completed this
evening. The installer did a beautiful job at our new office space. We
are so pleased that my husband and I plan on purchasing more tiles for
our basement. Thank you!!!!
